Please call to inquire about session costs and insurance information. I offer a sliding scale fee structure that typically ranges from $120 to $150 depending on financial circumstances. I also accept a few insurance plans.
Paying outside of insurance has the benefit of increased privacy and flexibility. Also, note that psychotherapy is a qualified expense for Health Care Savings and Flex Spending health accounts.

Many commercial health plans have out-of-network coverage which may cover or partially cover the cost of sessions. You can find out more about your out-of-network benefits by calling your insurance company.

- Most psychotherapy sessions are 55 minutes long.
- Please cancel or reschedule a session with 24 hours notice (longer if possible)
- You will be charged for late cancellations or not showing up at all.
- If you are concerned about insurance issues, please contact your insurance company; I cannot be aware of all of the specific details and exclusions of each insurance plan.
