Executive Coaching
I help professionals and organizations navigate complex interpersonal challenges to enhance performance and drive success.
My clients gain clarity, confidence, and the tools they need to navigate complex leadership challenges. They leave with stronger interpersonal skills, a deeper understanding of their team dynamics, and the ability to lead with purpose and conviction.
I analyze interpersonal dynamics and organizational structures to develop practical, tailored strategies that enhance leadership, collaboration, and performance.
Why my practice?
My approach stands apart from traditional corporate coaching because I prioritize depth, efficiency, and discretion:
- Personalized, deep psychological insight → Unlike generic corporate coaching, I help clients address the emotional and relational aspects of leadership.
- No bureaucracy, just results → I provide personalized, one-on-one coaching without the rigid processes and high costs typical of larger firms.
- Confidential and discreet → I provide a safe space for executives to explore vulnerabilities without the politics of internal coaching programs.
Common leadership challenges I help clients navigate:
About me:
In 15 years as a psychotherapist, I have worked extensively with individuals and couples on trauma, crisis intervention, and long-term personality development. This experience gives me a unique lens on high-stakes decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership under pressure.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy from Columbia University (2000), where my research on communication and ethics laid the foundation for my approach to leadership development, negotiation, and workplace relationships.
I have coached executives across corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors, helping them strengthen emotional intelligence, improve communication, and lead with confidence. My background allows me to address the psychological dimensions of leadership—such as resilience, influence, and team dynamics—so that organizations can achieve lasting, pragmatic change.
How I work with clients:
My coaching process is highly individualized. I start by understanding your specific leadership challenges before developing targeted strategies for growth.
Context comes first. Before jumping to solutions, I carefully assess:
